LOCAL DELIVERIES
We offer complimentary delivery to selected areas in the City of Manila (Malate, Sta. Ana, San Andres Bukid). For hand-deliveries outside our free delivery area, a fee will be applied. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES
Due to multiple variables, including the traffic, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. Should you wish to have a particular delivery time, we have assigned 10 slots per day starting at 10:00am until 6:00pm.
On peak seasons such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day and during the Holiday Season, we adjust our delivery hours to accommodate more orders.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
In the event that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact the sender by phone unless we are provided with special instructions on the order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you, we may leave the delivery with the guard or in a safe place, with a neighbour or we may leave a message to call to arrange for a later delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTEDIt is important that we are able to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be available to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling +63 917 6247763 at least 3 days (48 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day. For day before and same day orders, cancellation is now allowed.
