Delivery Information
We deliver flowers, balloons and gifts from Balloons & Blooms Gift Studio in Sta. Ana, Manila. Delivery availability and fees are based on the distance to the recipient address.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day orders are accepted until 5:00 PM Manila time, subject to product availability, delivery capacity and the recipient address. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Local Delivery Fees
The applicable delivery fee is calculated according to the distance from our studio to the recipient address.

Delivery Details
Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. For condominiums, offices and secured buildings, include the building, unit or floor and any access instructions. Delivery timing may be affected if the address or recipient details are incomplete or incorrect.
Substitution Policy
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Balloons & Blooms reserves the right to substitute a product or component with another of equal quality and value.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales concluded at Balloons & Blooms are final. Our service includes perishable items sensitive to temperature, moisture and light. A defective product is the only exception. Claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving the flowers, with a photo of the arrangement submitted to hello@balloonsandblooms.com.ph.
Flowers are perishable and require proper care. The recipient is responsible for following the care instructions provided by Balloons & Blooms.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted by calling +63 917 624 7763 at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or shipping day. Cancellations are not allowed for orders placed the day before or on the same day as delivery.
