Condominiums and offices are common flower-delivery destinations in Manila, but each building has its own access rules. A complete order can still be delayed if the courier cannot enter, park or reach the recipient.
Give the complete building address
Include the building or tower name, unit or suite, floor, street, barangay and city. Large developments may have several towers and entrances. Add the correct lobby, gate or drop-off point and a nearby landmark.
Check visitor and delivery rules
Some buildings require advance registration, a valid ID, a loading-bay entry or recipient approval. Others accept gifts only through reception. Ask the recipient’s building in advance when possible, especially for large balloon arrangements.
Provide a reachable local number
The recipient’s mobile number helps the courier coordinate discreetly. For a surprise, use a receptionist, colleague, household member or building administrator as an alternate contact. Overseas senders should still provide a Philippine contact.
Choose an arrangement suited to the destination
A vase arrangement is ready to display in an office. A flower box is compact for reception desks. A bouquet is easy to hand over, while a balloon gift may need more clearance in elevators and vehicles.
Plan the delivery window
For offices, avoid lunch breaks, early closing hours and days when the recipient works remotely. For condos, check whether deliveries are permitted after business hours. Manila traffic makes exact-minute promises impractical, so provide a useful window and note any hard closing time.
Protect fresh flowers after arrival
Ask reception to keep flowers indoors, away from direct sun and strong air-conditioning vents. The recipient should place cut flowers in clean water as soon as possible. Balloon gifts should stay away from sharp surfaces and heat.
